John Fillman is the Founder and President of Prime Reaction High Performance Center, a cutting-edge training facility in the West Valley of Phoenix dedicated to unlocking human performance for athletes of all levels. With a background rooted in entrepreneurship, athlete development, and sports technology integration, John has built Prime Reaction into one of Arizona’s most advanced performance ecosystems—where innovation meets hard work.

At Prime Reaction, John leads with a vision to merge proven sports science with next-generation technology. His facility houses industry-leading tools such as TrackMan Baseball, Proteus Motion, Kinotek 3D motion capture, VALD ForceDecks & Dynamo, Edgertronic ultra-slow-motion cameras, and proprietary Reaxing equipment(Boards, Run treadmills, and perturbation technology). Under his leadership, the center has become known as the “lab of the future” for athletes—providing precise data, individualized training, and injury-prevention strategies.

John’s passion for development is deeply personal. As the father of Chase Fillman (Class of 2028 baseball prospect), hen has lived the athlete journey firsthand—supporting youth, high school, and collegiate athletes as they pursue their dreams. That perspective drives his mission: to create an environment where athletes can maximize performance, stay healthy, and compete at the highest level.

Beyond youth sports, John has expanded Prime Reaction’s reach into professional baseball, college athletics, prosthetic performance, fall-prevention research, and military/first responder training. His collaborative partnerships with MLB organizations, NCAA programs, physical therapy networks, and global technology brands reflect his commitment to pushing boundaries in human performance.
