His unique journey—from the mound in MLB stadiums to the dugout as a mentor for the next generation—gives him a perspective few can match.

Playing Career Highlights

• Major League Baseball: Right-handed pitcher with the Texas Rangers (2008–2010) and appearances with the Detroit Tigers organization.

• International Pro Experience: Extended his career overseas in Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball (2011, Nippon Ham Fighters) and in the KBO League in Korea (Samsung Lions, 2012).

• Durable Career: Played over a decade of professional baseball across MLB, MiLB, and international leagues, giving him a global view of pitching development.

 

Coaching Career Highlights

• Texas Rangers (MLB): Served as the Rangers’ bullpen coach (2020) and later as co-pitching coach (2021–2022)at the Major League level..

• Player Development: Known for blending traditional pitching wisdom with cutting-edge technology, biomechanics, and individualized player plans.
