With a career that spans playing at the highest levels and developing arms across multiple organizations, Glenn provides pitchers with a unique blend of firsthand knowledge, technical instruction, and mentorship.

• Major League Baseball: Left-handed pitcher with the San Diego Padres (1995–96), Philadelphia Phillies (1996), and Detroit Tigers (1997).
