Iverson Leonardo brings the experience of a professional playing career with the Detroit Tigers organization to his role as a hitting and infielding instructor at Prime Reaction High Performance Center. His firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed at the pro level allows him to guide athletes with the same standards, discipline, and attention to detail demanded in Major League Baseball systems.

As a hitting instructor, Iverson teaches efficient, powerful swing mechanics paired with situational awareness, helping athletes develop the ability to drive the ball with consistency. On the defensive side, his infield instruction emphasizes quick feet, precise glove work, and confident decision-making, preparing players to perform under pressure.
