Xavier Ulrich specializes in the art and science of catching, bringing a player’s perspective and a coach’s eye to his role at Prime Reaction High Performance Center. As a Catcher Development Coach, Xavier works with athletes to master the demanding skills behind the plate—framing, blocking, receiving, footwork, game-calling, and leadership.

With a background in competitive baseball and years of playing experience, Xavier is dedicated to preparing catchers not only to excel defensively, but also to command the field as true game managers. His sessions focus on mechanical precision, quickness, and situational awareness, while also building the confidence and communication skills required to guide pitchers and anchor the defense.
