OVERVIEW

The Zona Boys Summer Pitching + Performance Package is built for athletes who want a structured, high-level development system that pairs weekly staff communication with ongoing throwing and performance training. This group-based model creates alignment around game planning, accountability, mindset, and each athlete's needs while keeping every player connected to our coaching system throughout the summer.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Weekly Zona Boys Pitching Staff Virtual Calls

Meet weekly as a group to cover game planning, accountability, mindset, and pitcher development. This call replaces the standard 1-on-1 Zoom check-ins.

• Customized App-Based Training Program

Receive a fully integrated throwing and performance plan through our app for structured weekly development.

• Weekly Fuel Chuckers Group Zoom Call

Join a weekly group coaching call focused on education, accountability, and athlete connection.

• Video Review + Pre-Summer Movement Assessment

Athletes submit movement and pitching video for our pitching and performance staff to evaluate, and each player will complete an in-person movement assessment at Prime Reaction before the summer season begins. This review establishes baseline metrics across:

  • Movement efficiency

  • Pitching mechanics

  • Strength and performance outputs ​

This process helps us build a customized development plan for each athlete.
